Jeff Larsen spoke to club members about spokeshaves, and how to use them.  Jeff showed slides of different spokeshaves and also provided examples from his personal collection.

Club members made bird houses and bat boxes, to donate to SMC as part of their project to raise money to support improvements to the Fellowship hall, the hall in which the club meets monthly.

March Projects 
Andy Tofuri - Car making display. Jack Bailie - Candle stand of rift oak, finished with Arm-R-Seal. Frank Fuss - TV tray of cypress finished with two coats of water based polyurethane. Rick Spacek - Carousel of cedar and plywood. Hugh Parker - Jewelry box of walnut and mahogany.
Denis Muras - Toy race car of white pine and cedar. George Graves - Cutting board. Bill Teague - CNC projects. Chris Farquhar - Wolf plaque of poplar and hard board. Gary Meyer - Wah Hoo game and board template.
David Janowitz - Cutting boards of cedar-elm, Osage orange, and maple of unknown flooring. Platter of walnut, mallets and bottle stoppers of assorted woods , and, salt and pepper grinders of locust and mesquite. David VanDewerker - Bird house, bird feeder box. and heart boxes.
